Cara membuat Pancake oats
- Rendam oats semalaman untuk melunakan, masukan oats yg telah di rendam dengan air mineral sedikit demi sedikit dgn api kecil, aduk sampai lunak.
- Angkat oats yg sudah lunak terus campurkan dengan susu cair, masukan baking powder, mentega cair, keju parut dan kuning telur.
- Kocok putih telur dengan gula (optional) setelah mengembang, campurkan adonan oats dgn putih telur.
- Pasang teflon dikompor dgn api kecil, masukan sedikit minyak terus masukan adonan.
- Setelah agak menguning angkat dan siapkan dipiring, pancake oats siap di hidangkan dengan madu atau sirup maple.
