Bahan-bahan untuk mengolah Sop Buntut (oxtail soup)
- Ambil 1/2 ekor buntut sapi.
- Siapkan 5 siung bawang merah.
- Siapkan 4 siung bawang putih.
- Siapkan 1 batang daun bawang.
- Ambil 2 batang seledri.
- Tambahkan 1/2 sdt cengkeh bubuk.
- Tambahkan 1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk.
- Siapkan 1 sdt lada bubuk.
- Ambil 1 buah kentang ukuran sedang.
- Tambahkan 2 blok kaldu sapi (sy pake merk maggie).
- Tambahkan 1 buah wortel (sy ga ada stok).
- Tambahkan Secukupnya minyak goreng.
- Siapkan Secukupnya garam.
- Siapkan Bumbu dihaluskan.
- Tambahkan 5 siung bawang merah.
- Ambil 3 siung bawang putih.
- Siapkan 2 ruas jahe.
- Siapkan 1/4 buah pala.
Oxtail soup is one of popular dish in Asian, one of them is Indonesia. We called it "sop buntut" in Indonesia. It is made with oxtail (beef tails), served with vegetables and beef broth. In Indonesian version the oxtail is boiled or pressure cooked until tender and then served with the broth and vegetables.
Cara mengolah Sop Buntut (oxtail soup)
- Rebus buntut sapi hingga empuk (paling enak pake presto cepat).
- Masukkan bumbu halus kedalam rebusan buntut, tunggu 10 menit biar meresap.
- Masukkan irisan seledra, kentang dan wortel kedalam rebusan.
- Kemudian masukkan cengkeh, kayu manis, lada bubuk dan kaldu blok.
- Iris bawang merah, bawang putih dan daun bawang.
- Panaskan wajan lalu masukkan minyak goreng, setelah panas masukkan semua irisan bawang..
- Setelah harum dan layu, masukkan bawang yg sudah digoreng beserta minyaknya ke dalam rebusan buntut tadi.
- Cek rasa, jika belum pas tambahkan kira-kira yang dirasa kurang.
- Hidangkan kedalam mangkok dan taburkan bawang goreng makan dengan nasi.
