- Siapkan 500 gr buntut sapi. cuci bersih.
- Siapkan 1 bh wortel import,potong2.
- Siapkan 1 bh kentang,potong2.
- Siapkan 5 cm kayu manis.
- Ambil 5 siung bawang putih.
- Ambil 5 siung bawang merah.
- Tambahkan 5 btr cengkeh.
- Siapkan 5 btr kapulaga.
- Siapkan 1/2 btr pala.
- Siapkan 2 cm jahe.
- Tambahkan 1/2 sdt lada.
- Siapkan 1 sdt kaldu bubuk (sesuai selera).
- Tambahkan 2 btg seledri.
- Tambahkan 1,5 ltr air.
- Siapkan secukupnya garam,gula.
