Bahan-bahan untuk memasak Oxtail Soup a.k.a Sop Buntut

  1. Siapkan 500 gr buntut sapi. cuci bersih.
  2. Siapkan 1 bh wortel import,potong2.
  3. Siapkan 1 bh kentang,potong2.
  4. Siapkan 5 cm kayu manis.
  5. Ambil 5 siung bawang putih.
  6. Ambil 5 siung bawang merah.
  7. Tambahkan 5 btr cengkeh.
  8. Siapkan 5 btr kapulaga.
  9. Siapkan 1/2 btr pala.
  10. Siapkan 2 cm jahe.
  11. Tambahkan 1/2 sdt lada.
  12. Siapkan 1 sdt kaldu bubuk (sesuai selera).
  13. Tambahkan 2 btg seledri.
  14. Tambahkan 1,5 ltr air.
  15. Siapkan secukupnya garam,gula.

  3. Iris bawang merah dan 3btr bawang putih. Tumis dgn sedikit minyak sampai harum..
  4. Didihkan air 1.5 ltr bersama tumisan bawang, sisa 2 btr bawang putih dikeprek, kayu manis, cengkeh, dan kapulaga dan buntut sapi.
  5. Rebus sampai buntut empuk. Tambahkan wortel dan kentang..
  6. Lanjutkan rebus sampai wortel dan kentang empuk, masukan garam, gula, lada, kaldu dan seledri. Koreksi rasa..
  7. Angkat dan sajikan. Sedapp..^.^.
